Hadith 10:482
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: If he says, "Everything lawful is forbidden to me," if he intended divorce, then it is a divorce, and he has more right to her. And if he did not intend divorce, then it is an oath for which he must offer expiation.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو خالد الأحمر عن حجاج عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال إذا قال كل حل علي حرام إن نوى طلاقا فهي تطليقة وهو أملك بها وإن لم ينو طلاقا فهي يمين يكفرها
