Hadith 10:488
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us, from Abu Haseen, from Yahya ibn Wathab, who said: Some of our companions said it is from Masruq, from Abdullah, who said: If a man says to his wife, "Take charge of your own affair," or "Choose," or "I have gifted you to your family," it is one divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شريك عن أبي حصين عن يحيى بن وثاب قال بعض أصحابنا هو عن مسروق عن عبد الله قال إذا قال الرجل لأمرأته استفلحي بأمرك أو اختاري أو قد وهبتك لأهلك فهي تطليقة
