Hadith 10:489
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Ibrahim, from al-Hasan, from a man among the companions of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), who said: "If they accept it, then it is one irrevocable [divorce]. And if they do not accept it, then it is one [divorce], and he is more entitled to take her back."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن يزيد بن إبراهيم عن الحسن عن رجل من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إن قبلوها فواحدة بائنة وإن لم يقبلوها فواحدة وهو أحق برجعتها
