Hadith 10:492
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yunus bin Muhammad narrated to us, from Abd al-Wahid bin Ziyad, from Layth, from Tawus, regarding the woman who is gifted a divorce to her family: She is a divorcee, and he has more right to take her back.
