Hadith 10:493
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from al-Hakam, from Yahya ibn al-Jazzar, from Ali regarding the woman gifted to her family: If they accept it, then it is an irrevocable divorce. And if they reject it, then it is one [divorce], and he has more right to her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا سفيان عن مطرف عن الحكم عن يحيى بن الجزار عن علي في الموهوبة لأهلها إن قبلوها فتطليقة بائنة وإن ردوها فهي واحدة وهو أحق بها
