Hadith 10:497
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Ali ibn Umar ibn Husayn, from Ja’far, from his father, from Ali, regarding a man who divorced his wife [by giving her] a camel-load: He said, "She is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن علي بن عمر بن حسين عن جعفر عن أبيه عن علي في رجل طلق امرأته حمل بعير قال لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
