Hadith 10:499
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who divorces his wife three times then denies it. He said: It is more beloved to me that she takes him to the authority. If he swears an oath, then it is more beloved to me that she ransoms herself from him once he has sworn.
