Hadith 10:504
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibrahim ibn Muhajir, who said: Ibn Umar had a captive woman, and her husband used to whisper divorce to her. She said to Ibn Umar, "He does things in secret," so he made him swear an oath and left him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن مهدي عن سفيان عن إبراهيم بن مهاجر قال كانت لابن عمر سبية فكان زوجها يسارها بالطلاق فقالت لابن عمر إنه يكون منه الشيء في السر فأحلفه وتركه
