Hadith 10:505
Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from al-Hudhayl ibn Bilal, from a sheikh whose kunya was Abu Amr, who said: I was sitting with Ibn Abbas when a woman came to him and said: "My husband divorces me in secret and denies it in public." He said: "He must swear four testimonies by Allah that he did not divorce, and the fifth is that the curse of Allah be upon him if he did."
حدثنا أبو داود قال نا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن الهذيل بن بلال عن شيخ يكنى أبا عمرو قال كنت جالسا عند بن عباس فأتته امرأة فقالت إن زوجها يطلقها في السر ويجحد في العلانية فقال عليه أن يحلف أربع شهادات بالله ما طلق والخامسة أن لعنة الله عليه إن كان فعل
