Hadith 10:508
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Hammad, he said: I asked him about a man who divorced his wife three times, and she has no proof. He said: "She should ransom herself with her wealth." I said: "What if he refuses?" He said: "She should flee from him and not remain with him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد قال سألته عن رجل طلق امرأته ثلاثا وليس لها بينة قال تفتدي بمالها قال قلت فإن أبى قال تهرب منه ولا تقاره
