Hadith 10:51
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Amir, regarding a man who divorces his wife, then has intercourse with her before he calls witnesses to her revocation. He said: "How do you speak, O Mughira, regarding a man who has done to a woman of the people that which he has no right to?"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن عامر في الرجل يطلق امرأته ثم يجامعها قبل أن يشهد على مراجعتها قال كيف تقول يا مغيرة في رجل فعل بامرأة قوم ليس منها بسبيل
