Hadith 10:512
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man divorces his wife with one irrevocable divorce, his divorce takes effect upon her as long as she is in the waiting period (iddah).
