Hadith 10:513
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Ibn al-Musayyib, regarding a man who divorces his wife with an irrevocable divorce (*ba'in*), then follows it with a divorce while she is in her waiting period (*'iddah*). He said: His divorce attaches to her as long as she is in the waiting period.
