Hadith 10:514
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu ‘Isam Rawwad ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from al-Zuhri, and from Makhul and ‘Ata’, regarding a man who divorces his wife with an irrevocable divorce, then divorces her [again] during her waiting period. They both said: The divorce takes effect upon her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو عصام رواد بن الجراح عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري وعن مكحول وعطاء في الرجل يطلق امرأته تطليقة بائنة ثم يطلقها في عدتها قالا يقع عليها الطلاق
