Hadith 10:518
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, from Abdullah, who said: The Sunnah regarding a woman in divorce or the waiting period is [to be divorced while she is in a state of purity without having had intercourse].
