Hadith 10:52
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ubayd narrated to us, from Khalid al-Sulami, from Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who divorced his wife and called witnesses [to the divorce], then took her back [in marriage] and did not call witnesses. He said: He did not dislike that out of fear of sin, but he used to fear that [the wife] might deny [the reconciliation].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن عبيد عن خالد السلمي عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم في رجل طلق امرأته فأشهد ثم راجعها ولم يشهد قال لم يكن يكره ذلك تأثما ولكن كان يخاف أن يجحد
