Hadith 10:520
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from al-Hasan and Muhammad, that they both said: The waiting period (‘iddah) and the divorce (talaq) are [determined] by the women.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن أيوب عن الحسن ومحمد أنهما قالا العدة والطلاق بالنساء
