Hadith 10:529
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Abdullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, who said: If a free woman is under a slave, she has become irrevocably divorced by two pronouncements, and her waiting period is three menstrual cycles. And if a slave woman is under a free man, she has become irrevocably divorced from him by three [pronouncements], and her waiting period is two menstrual cycles.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا علي بن مسهر عن عبد الله عن نافع عن بن عمر قال إذا كانت الحرة تحت العبد فقد بانت بتطليقتين وعدتها ثلاث حيض وإذ كانت الأمة تحت الحر فقد بانت منه بثلاث وعدتها حيضتان
