Hadith 10:537
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ya’la narrated to us, from Isma’il, he said: I asked ‘Amir about a man who bought a slave woman while she had a husband: "Does he have intercourse with her?" He said: "If he has intercourse with her, no one would consider that a defect." He said: "And if he abstains, it is better for him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يعلى عن إسماعيل قال سألت عامرا عن رجل اشترى وليدة ولها زوج أيقع عليها قال إن وقع عليها لم يعب ذلك أحد قال وإن يتنزه خير له
