Hadith 10:549
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from a man, from Shurayh, who said: "I truly dislike to have intercourse with a woman's private part if I found a man with her, [yet] I did not establish the prescribed punishment (hadd) upon her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن مسعر عن رجل عن شريح قال إني لأكره أن أطأ فرج امرأة لو وجدت معها رجلا لم أقم عليه الحد
