Hadith 10:55
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Abd al-Malik bin Abi Ghaniyah narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, regarding His saying: "And bring to witness two just men from among you" (65:2). He said: They were commanded to bring witnesses at the time of divorce and the revocation (of divorce).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يحيى بن عبد الملك بن أبي غنية عن جويبر عن الضحاك في قوله @QB@ وأشهدوا ذوي عدل منكم @QE@ ( 1 ) قال أمروا أن يشهدوا عند الطلاق والرجعة
