Hadith 10:552
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid al-Makki, from Salim, and al-Qasim, and ‘Ubayd Allah ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Umar, they said: ‘Umar said: "Divorce is only in the hand of the one for whom the private part is lawful."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد المكي عن سالم والقاسم وعبيد الله بن عبد الله بن عمر قالوا قال عمر إنما الطلاق بيد من يحل له الفرج
