Hadith 10:554
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, who said: If the master permits the marriage, then the divorce is in the hand of the slave.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال إذا اذن السيد بالنكاح فالطلاق بيد العبد
