Hadith 10:555
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Hasan, from al-Sha'bi, who said: If he marries with the permission of his master, then the divorce is in the hand of the slave.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن فضيل عن حسن عن الشعبي قال إذا تزوج باذن سيده فالطلاق بيد العبد
