Hadith 10:556
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, from Mubarak ibn Fudala, from Ibrahim ibn Abi Isma'il, from Ali, Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf, and Hudhayfah, regarding the slave who marries with the permission of his masters: The divorce is in the hand of the slave.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا الفضل بن دكين عن مبارك بن فضالة عن إبراهيم بن أبي إسماعيل عن علي وعبد الرحمن بن عوف وحذيفة في العبد يتزوج بإذن مواليه فالطلاق بيد العبد
