Hadith 10:558
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, he said: I said to my father: "A man marries his male slave to his female slave; is it permissible for him to take her away from him without his consent?" He said: "How evil is what he has done."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة عن هشام بن عروة قال قلت لأبي الرجل ينكح مملوكه مملوكته هل يصلح له أن ينزعها منه بغير طيب نفس منه قال بئس ما صنع
