Hadith 10:559
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say: If a slave marries with the permission of his master, then the divorce is in the hand of the slave; if he wishes, he may divorce, and if he wishes, he may retain.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول إذا نكح العبد بإذن سيده فإن الطلاق بيدالعبد إن شاء طلق وإن شاء أمسك
