Hadith 10:562
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim ibn Wardan narrated to us, from Burd, from Makhul, who said: If a slave marries with the permission of his master, then his divorce is in the hand of the slave; his master does not have the right to divorce on his behalf.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حاتم بن وردان عن برد عن مكحول قال إذا تزوج العبد بإذن مولاه فطلاقه بيد العبد ليس لسيده أن يطلق عنه
