Hadith 10:563
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: If a man marries off his slave, or gives him permission to marry, then the divorce is in the hand of the slave.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال إذا زوج الرجل عبده أو أذن له في التزوج فإن الطلاق بيد العبد
