Hadith 10:568
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from Sa’id bin al-Musayyib and al-Hasan, they both said: If a slave marries with the permission of his master, then the divorce is in the hand of the slave.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب والحسن قالا إذا تزوج العبد بإذن سيده فالطلاق بيد العبد
