Hadith 10:569
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Husayn, from Amir, who said: If a slave marries without the permission of his master, then the divorce is in the hand of his master.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن فضيل عن حصين عن عامر قال إذا تزوج العبد بغير إذن سيده فالطلاق بيد سيده
