Hadith 10:570
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, regarding the slave who marries without the permission of his master: He said: If the master wishes, he may annul that, and if he wishes, he may remain silent.
