Hadith 10:573
Abu Abd al-Rahman Baqi ibn Makhlad narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Shayba narrated to us, he said: Abbad ibn al-Awwam narrated to us, from Khalid, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, he said: If a Christian woman embraces Islam before her husband, she has more authority over herself.
حدثنا أبو عبد الرحمن بقي بن مخلد قال نا أبو بكر عبد الله بن محمد بن أبي شيبة قال نا عباد بن العوام عن خالد عن عكرمة عن بن عباس قال إذا أسلمت النصرانية قبل زوجها فهي أملك بنفسها
