Hadith 10:58
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from al-Hakam, regarding a man who divorced his wife, then he came to her and had intercourse with her during her waiting period (‘iddah), and he knew of that after the waiting period had expired. He said: His having intercourse with her is a revocation (raj’ah).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم في رجل طلق امرأته فجاءة وقد غشيها في عدتها وقد علم بذلك بعد انقضاء العدة قال غشيانه لها مراجعة
