Hadith 10:59
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Muhammad, from Imran ibn Husayn, that he was asked about a man who divorced his wife and did not call witnesses, and took her back and did not call witnesses. He said: "He divorced in other than the prescribed period (iddah), and he took her back in other than the Sunnah. Let him call witnesses to what he has done."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا الثقفي عن أيوب عن محمد عن عمران بن حصين أنه سئل عن رجل طلق امرأته ولم يشهد وراجع ولم يشهد فقال طلق في غير عدة وراجع في غير سنة ليشهد على ما صنع
