Hadith 10:591
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from al-Hasan: He said: If a man and his wife are polytheists, and she accepts Islam while he refuses to accept Islam, she is separated from him by one [divorce]. And Ikrimah said the same.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال إذا كان الرجل وامرأته مشركين فأسلمت وأبى أن يسلم بانت منه بواحدة وقال عكرمة مثل ذلك
