Hadith 10:595
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from ‘Ata’, who said: If she embraces Islam while she is in the waiting period (‘iddah), then he is more entitled to her.
