Hadith 10:598
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, he said: ‘Umar ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz narrated to us, he said: If the husband accepts Islam after his wife, he is given the choice regarding her as long as she is in the waiting period (‘iddah), or he said: He has more right to her as long as she is in the waiting period (‘iddah).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن يونس قال نا عمر بن عبد العزيز قال إذا أسلم الزوج بعد امرأته خيرها ما دامت في العدة أو قال هو أحق بها ما دامت في العدة
