Hadith 10:599
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: Whichever Jew or Christian embraces Islam, then his wife embraces Islam, they remain upon their marriage, unless a ruler has separated between them.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معتمر بن سليمان عن معمر عن الزهري قال أيما يهودي أو نصراني أسلم ثم أسلمت امرأته فهما على نكاحهما إلا أن يكون فرق بينهما سلطان
