Hadith 10:600
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad ibn al-Awwam narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib and al-Hasan, that they both said: There is no time limit for *zihar* (injurious assimilation), and *ila’* (oath of continence) does not enter into it, even if that extends for a long time.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عباد بن العوام عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب والحسن أنهما قالا ليس في الظهار وقت ولا يدخل فيه إيلاء وإن تطاول ذلك
