Hadith 10:606
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Dawud, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a man who said to his wife: "If I approach her for a year, she is upon me like the back of my mother." He said: So al-Sha'bi said: "Ila' (oath of abstention) does not enter into Zihar (likening one's wife to the back of one's mother)."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن داود عن الشعبي في رجل قال لأمرأته إن قربها سنة فهي عليه كظهر امه قال فقال الشعبي لا يدخل الإيلاء في الظهار
