Hadith 10:614
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shababa narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Hakam and Hammad, they both said: I asked them about a man who said to his wife, "If I approach you for a year, then you are to me like the back of my mother." They said: When four months have passed, it is a divorce. And Abu Bakr adopts this.
