Hadith 10:616
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: ‘Ata’ said: Every divorce whose marriage was upright, if they separate in that marriage, even if he did not speak the divorce, it is one [divorce]. The *mubara’ah* (mutual release) is one [divorce] by way of *fida’* (redemption/compensation).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن بن جريج قال قال عطاء كل طلاق كان نكاحه مستقيما إذا تفرقا في ذلك النكاح وإن لم يتكلم بالطلاق فهي واحدة المبارأة واحدة بالفداء
