Hadith 10:62
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Sa’id, who said: A man was asked about a man who said to his wife, "If you enter the house of so-and-so, then you are divorced." She entered it while he was unaware, until months had passed since that. Then he narrated to us from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, Sa’id, and Khilas, that they said: If he learns [of it], he should call witnesses to her revocation [of the divorce].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد قال سئل عن رجل قال لأمرأته إن دخلت دار فلان فأنت طالق فدخلت وهو لا يشعر حتى مضى لذلك أشهر فحدثنا عن قتادة عن الحسن وسعيد وخلاس أنهم قالوا إذا علم أشهد على مراجعتها
