Hadith 10:625
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If she is granted the choice [of freedom] and she chooses herself, then it is a separation without divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال إذا أعتقت فخيرت فاختارت نفسها فهي فرقة بغير طلاق
