Hadith 10:628
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who says to his wife, "If you wish, then you are divorced." He said: If she wishes, then she is divorced, and if she does not wish, then there is nothing.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو بكر بن عياش عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يقول لأمرأته إن شئت فأنت طالق قال إن شاءت فهي طالق وإن لم تشأ فلا شيء
