Hadith 10:629
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hammad bin Zayd, from Hafs bin Sulayman, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who said to his wife, "You are divorced if you wish," and she said, "I have wished." He said: She is divorced, and he has the most right to take her back. And if he said, "If you wish, I will divorce you," and she said, "I have wished," he said: If he wishes, he does not divorce her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن حماد بن زيد عن حفص بن سليمان عن حسن في رجل قال لامرأته أنت طالق إن شئت فقالت قد شئت فقال هي طالق وهو أحق بالرجعة وإذا قال إن شئت طلقتك فقالت قد شئت قال إن شاء لم يطلقها
