Hadith 10:63
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who said: "If you enter the house of so-and-so, then you are divorced once." She entered while he was unaware. He said: If he had sexual relations with her during the waiting period (iddah), then his having relations with her is a revocation (of the divorce). Otherwise, she has become separated from him by one (divorce).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل قال إن دخلت دار فلان فأنت طالق واحدة فدخلت وهو لا يشعر قال إن كان غشيها في العدة فغشيانه لها مراجعة وإلا فقد بانت منه بواحدة
