Hadith 10:648
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Bayan, who said: Al-Sha'bi was asked about the categories of divorce. Al-Sha'bi said: A man was once asked, "Have you divorced your wife?" He gestured with his hand with four fingers and did not speak, so he separated from his wife.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن بيان قال سئل الشعبي عن أبواب الطلاق فقال الشعبي سئل رجل مرة أطلقت امرأتك قال فأومأ بيده بأربع أصابع ولم يتكلم ففارق امرأته
