Hadith 10:655
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Dawud, from al-Sha‘bi, that Ziyad asked ‘Imran ibn Husayn and Shurayh about a man who divorces his wife one divorce or two divorces, and she becomes irrevocably separated (ba’in), then another man marries her and divorces her or dies and leaves her, then the first (husband) marries her again: upon how many (divorces remaining) is she with him? ‘Imran said: "Upon what remains of the divorce." And Shurayh said: "A new marriage and a new divorce."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن داود عن الشعبي أن زيادا سأل عمران بن حصين وشريحا عن الرجل يطلق امرأته تطليقة أو تطليقتين فتبين فيتزوجها رجل فيطلقها أو يموت عنها فيتزوجها الأول على كم تكون عنده فقال عمران على ما بقي من الطلاق وقال شريح نكاح جديد وطلاق جديد
